VIRTUAL CAREER CAMPS FOR STUDENTS (AGES 14-21)

 

Empowerment of Florida Career Camps (VRCCs) are a great way for students to prepare for careers in the 21st Century. Students will participate in a variety of Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to explore careers and learn about the many choices they can make after high school.

Empowerment of Florida camps are currently being completed only virtually. Students will receive a stipend of up to $240 a week while attending our camp.

Career Camps will be available each time students are out for a consecutive three day school break (e.g. summer break, winter recess, spring break). Current VR participants interested in attending a Career Camp should ask their VR representative about the availability of this service in their local area.

Our VR Career Camps cover services for students with all types of disabilities and functionality levels. We strive on changing the lives of each student we come in contact with, by offering services to educate students about college experiences and needs to how to adjust to change.
