What We Offer

Empowerment of Florida employees work with individuals to help them build skills, become competitively employed, and maintain employment in the community. Empowerment of Florida employees also work with employers to ensure a job match between qualified candidates and job openings, maintain a strong, responsive working relationship with employers to address ongoing needs. Services provided help individuals living with a behavioral health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder, intellectual or developmental disability, acquired brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, or other barriers to employment to develop skills to successfully obtain and maintain employment.
